Public Speaking

The Tucson Amigos would be happy to provide a 20-30 minute talk to your members.  The goals of the talks are to:

• Improve community awareness of the Amigos program
• Ask the organization to contribute towards funds to be applied towards the volunteer’s fundraising goal
• Plant “seeds” about possible future Amigo volunteers
• Extend open invitation to attend the Tucson Amigo's Fiesta on April 30, 2006.
• Develop public speaking skills for Amigos

Each talk includes a current volunteer, an Amigo's veteran volunteer, and an adult representative of the organization.  Most groups find this talk to be extremely informative and entertaining.
